New in 1.2.0:
- Select a video for the "digital projector" which exports a frame from a video and displays it on screen.
- Uses ffmpeg, ffprobe, and eog where applicable.
- Shoot digital-to-film without a 16mm projector. Just a video. Cool.

- Renamed package to "mcopy-app" for the desktop app, to not conflict with the "mtools" application, which contains a binary named "mcopy". This causes installation with apt to fail.
