This is a major effort, and an improvement, but it's needed to make mscript functional with the latest changes to the app. To add multi-device functionality, the newest commands need to be generated by mscript and there need to be concepts for multi-devices built into the syntax.

Make this a part of the refactor to typescript.

Refactor has been done, any has been almost completely removed. Cases for multi-device have been added to tests which are currently failing.
