Features cloned from https://github.com/sixteenmillimeter/frameloom.git.
Take multiple audio files, slice them into small pieces and then re-assemble them into a single file. Made to work in concert with frameloom. Shells out to sox under the hood. Use commander and fs-extra as production dependencies, and pkg, jsdoc-to-markdown and qunit as dev dependencies
