c890107e1e Experimental refactor, move commonly-used pattern of cylinder() module with 4 names arguments to cy() with 3 positional arguments, D = diameter, H = height, and FN = $fn. Might improve readability and reduce repetative use of center = true.

a5df1650b9 Move nuts to bottom of camera sled and bolts can drop in from the top (easier assembly, bolts can be glued in place or held in more easily). Create camera sled bolex plate and modify the bolex standoff to accomodate it. WIP.

1f0cc59037 Resolves #4; The base configuration for stipple_gen contained a hardcoded width and height. This was forcing the preview image to be generated at an arbitrary size compared to the input image
