Add reinforced spindles. Refactore build process to use new manifold backend correctly on new builds of OpenSCAD. Add releases to repo to fix download links. Add CSG build but not ready for STEP conversion. Add POV-Ray as an optional dependency to begin importing render pipeline from other apps

Glue or simply insert a 40mm M4 hex bolt to the top spindle and a 16mm M4 hex bolt to the bottom spindle to reinforce them and prevent breaking from overtightening or perpendicular force on the threaded areas.
